Perhaps i've written too much mandarin pieces, i'm switching back to the anglo for a while. This differ slightly from my usual style of rhyming and over rhyming, but there's still incessant repeat and over repeating.
ExpectIn a rain drop I see the world
With beauty of mind like gold and pearls
Yet I will wildly ask ‘perhaps?’
Believing always not what I expect
Like a choir singing thunderous claps
May end in sounds of noise and wreck
I don’t believe, don’t expect one perfect
I always ask perhaps perhaps
The city rains when I’m inside
Through the window, I feel the pain
Trusting always end in pitied plights
So I’ll rather throw my love away
Once a man who speaks in cries
Now he walks proud, esprit taint
Expect that love you did not try
Is now gone now weak now faint
Rain falls on she, a desperate girl
What does she, who walks between, know
Merely affection that holds much tiny love
It doesn’t even grow, never has it grown
Still she expects expensive reciprocals
Disappointed to say the very least, wounds
What you see, those tears like pearls
Pretty, off her cheeks she wants them flown
You’ve read of rain that storms weather
Like rage and gales and wrath and fury
But at peace, rain is there after
I believe it sorta take after magnifique me
Hands clenched tight I’m not so sure
It’s hidden and cloaked from you free
I expected much more happily ever after
But the course is too much too many
Yet in all tempests, rain still cease
I can’t want my all my best to be upfront
I need time to settle to ease to just release
So I’ll not put down myself away and run
Maybe you’ll grow to understand to love
At the cost of drizzles showers and downpours
That will mean that I’m (not) the first
These forty lines will thus halt
rOy.
